HOW DO I ORDER?

You can order online, by phone, email, fax or letter. Please provide full product details, size, colour and quantity, date required, delivery instructions and, if you have one, an order number.

If you have an image for print or embroidery, please send a film or jpg, gif or pdf file. Images must be at least 300dpi.

HOW DO I CALCULATE YOUR PRICING?

We will do that for you. If your order is not an online sale, contact Sales ([email protected]) with your requirements and you will receive a quote by return.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Delivery charges from the online shop will be calculated automatically. Charges for bespoke orders will calculated accordingly and we will endeavour to deliver for free on larger orders.
Delivery can be next day; for online orders it is generally 3-5 working days.

SUPPLYING ARTWORK

PC FILES

We can accept artwork files in most formats. Corel Draw (Version X4 or below) is preferred or any other vector program that is compatible with the Corel Package (Illustrator, Freehand etc). Bitmaps of designs can be accepted (JPEGG, TIFF, GIF, BMP) provided they are of high resolution (600 dpi or above) are supplied actual print size and colour separable to spot colours if required. Please also supply Pantone references with your artwork. We can accept artwork saved in the above formats on CD or email (please call our design department for details). Please send all disks in a protective cover to avoid damage during transit and with a colour visual if possible. Disks and artwork can be returned if requested.

MAC FILES

We are not able to accept MAC files.

PRINTING OR EMBROIDERING ONTO YOUR OWN GARMENTS

We are happy to print or embroider onto your own garments but stress that these are done at your own risk. Please contact our sales team for a quotation.

PACKAGING

Wherever possible, all our orders our textile products are individually wrapped in a polybag at no extra cost.
