TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. UK Company Clothing reserves the right to change prices without notice. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Samples are sent out upon request and will be invoiced to the customer. A credit will be raised if the samples are returned within 4 weeks from date of invoicing. We will not accept samples back without either an invoice or order reference. If the samples are not returned within 2 weeks the customer will be required to pay for them fully as per the invoice.
SUBSTITUTE GARMENTS / FABRICS
UK Company Clothing will always endeavour to supply garments and fabrics as specified by the customer, but where these are unavailable UK Company Clothing reserves the right to substitute with garments or fabrics of similar quality or size.
Cancellation of an order must be confirmed to us in writing or by email.. Any artwork or set-up costs incurred prior to the notification of cancellation will be charged in full. Any garments which have already been embroidered or printed will be charged in full.
Customers must approve the artwork before printing or embroidery begins. We accept no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to artwork supplied.
CHANGES TO ARTWORK
Any changes to artwork which has already been used in embroidery or printing will incur further costs.
Customer’s garments supplied for printing or embroidery are processed at the customer’s risk. Whilst every care will be taken in printing or embroidery, we cannot accept responsibility for imperfect work caused by unsuitability of materials supplied by the customer. If any error occurs while printing or embroidering onto a customers own garment, UK Company Clothing will only be liable for the quoted price of applying the print or embroidery to the garment. UK Company Clothing will not be liable for the cost of the garment.
Delivery will normally be made within 14 days from confirmation of order (and receipt of any artwork) to all UK mainland addresses. UK Company Clothing can accept no responsibility for delays beyond their control.
SHORTAGES OR QUALITY ISSUES
Any delivery shortages or complaints over quality must be notified in writing to UK Company Clothing within 48 hours of delivery.
Items that are faulty or need to be exchanged must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Items for exchange can only be accepted if they are in their original condition “as new” and are in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for garments that have been embroidered or printed unless the garment is faulty. In the event of returned items, customers will be asked to cover the cost of returning all goods.
Unless otherwise agreed with UK Company Clothing, payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
Title to any goods purchased will not pass to the customer until payment has been made in full to UK Company Clothing.
All washing & care instructions for garments supplied by UK Company Clothing must be strictly adhered to.
UK Company Clothing accepts no liability for infringements of copyright by the customer when artwork is supplied.
UK Company Clothing is not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control.
In any event the liability of UK Company Clothing is restricted to the list price of any goods involved.
